Shipments within Cyprus
For shipments within Cyprus the products will be sent to you, at the address you have indicated to us, with courier service and always of course depending on the volume or weight of the products.
All orders in stock are delivered within 1-3 days. This is done once your order has been approved, goes through the preparation stage and then is shipped. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). If you place your order on Saturday, it will be approved, and shipped on Monday.
If there is a delay with your order, then we will contact you, within a reasonable period of time, by e-mail and / or telephone to inform you of the expected shipping times. In this case you will be able (if you feel that this period is not satisfactory) to request the change of the order to another item or the cancellation of the order of the product in question and return of your money.
Free shipping to Cyprus for orders more than €50. For orders less than €50, the shipping cost is €5.
Shipments to Greece
For shipments to Greece the cost is €10.00, while if your order is from €200 and up then it is Free. (Cost can be changed in case of large volume or weight, always after consultation with the customer).
The delivery time to Greece is from 2 to 5 working days from the day of sending the order.
Shipments to Europe.
For shipments to Europe the cost is €20.00
The order will be sent by EPG Express
The delivery time to Europe is from 5 to 7 working days from the day of sending the order.
Order Confirmation, Send Confirmation and Order Search
By registering your order on Mexton Cyprus you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration of your order with the items you have selected, the order number, as well as the cost of the order.
Then, after your order has been approved and ready, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. With this number you will be able to track your shipment in the shipping system in the interface that will include the e-mail.
Delivery time may vary in specific cases of non-immediate availability of the product, or special processing.
Additional shipping costs may arise only in a very large order volume and after prior notice and approval of the customer.
